Easter is the most important holiday in Greece and they celebrate it by eating lamb, drinking wine and lighting mass quantities of fireworks. Change out lamb for burgers and wine for beer and its exactly like the 4th of July in the US. Here is a video of everyone freaking and throwing M80s at eachother night before Easter. In the background, even the ferry caption is sounding his horn non stop.
